CADlink Digital Factory software is a digital product.

Once a license key or download link is delivered, the product is considered non-returnable.


2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific conditions within 30 days of purchase.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You purchased the wrong product and the license has not been activated.

  • You are experiencing a verified technical issue that prevents the software from working properly, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • You were charged multiple times due to a payment error.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The license key has been activated, installed, or used.

  • The problem is related to unsupported hardware or system requirements.

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving and activating the software.

  • The product was delivered correctly and is working as intended.


3. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
