Once a license key or download link is delivered, the product is considered non-returnable.
We offer refunds under specific conditions within 30 days of purchase.

You are experiencing a verified technical issue that prevents the software from working properly, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
You were charged multiple times due to a payment error.
Refunds will not be issued if:
